The partnership between our two countries is strengthened by our cooperation on seabed exploration, people-to-people ties, and joint commitment to ensuring a free and open Pacific region.
The United States looks forward to advancing our engagement on maritime security and responsible ocean resource development in the years ahead. I wish the people of the Cook Islands a joyful Constitution Day.
